The Multicoat Tile Template is a disposable, adhesive-backed stencil made from specially coated paper with pre-applied adhesive. Designed for professional stucco and decorative concrete overlay systems, it creates a clean 12 inch tile pattern with crisp grout lines when removed after overcoating. Each flat sheet is engineered to reduce seeping under edges and to lay without memory for accurate alignment.
